Office Sniper

I don't give a dam what you do for a living or where your at in life, but everyone, I mean EVERYONE has come across this person. Every office, job, factory... even brothels have at least one. (Don't ask me how I know that) Its what I call the 'Office Sniper'. Its basically someone who smiles in your face and acts as prince(ss) charming and then as you take two steps about face, turns into the most venomous backstabbing reptile known to man. I have this co-worker, for the sake of discussion we'll call him king cobra, I swear, has a hard on for seeing me fail. I don't know what it is about me that pissed this guy off, but he goes 100 miles out of his way to make my life miserable.

I grew up in a pro-union family that believed in fighting for workers rights and saving jobs. Its not a warm feeling, growing up as a kid, seeing your padre come home nervous because he got laid off. YOU never forget that face. So I've never felt the urge, even for the most trifling co-worker, too say or do something that would jeopardize their job. You don't know what's going on in a person's life and you never wanna take food off another man's dinner plate.

But, this bastard is determined to get me fired. His tactics are usually :
1. Ignorance- expose what he thinks I don't know in front of my superiors.
2. Tardiness- telling my superiors if I'm late for work or a meeting.
3. Withholding- withholding information that I need to know too complete a job.
4. Backstabbing- talking negative shit about me to my superiors.

I've decided that the next provocation will result in me addressing the issues directly with him and human resources. I will smoke his ass out the cubicles, and draw him into the open. Its just time that I grow my fangs, drool some venom and bite this f**ker in his ass, because he's playing with my money and like the saying goes: "Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions". He doesn't know it, but I've documented all his shit for months and I've already got the letters typed and signed for human resources to sit in his personnel file. I'm a friendly guy, but I can be reciprocal muthaf**ker
