HGTV is ME

Got back from the gym and I'm sore all over. NEVER lift weights and play an hour and half of basketball on the same day. It is the most painful experience that human being can have outside of child birth, and I will never experience that.....Thank God!!!

But I'm watching TV, and I don't know about you guys, but I'm f-ing addicted to HGTV channel. It's by far the most amusing channel on t.v., outside of playboy and hbo. My favorite shows are 'Small Space', 'Design Remix', and 'What you get for the money'. I coud watch this channel like everyday for 24 hours straight. I notice that the designers always use the same words too.
They are as follows:
1. Pop
2. Flow
3. Function
4. Warm
If you go shopping at a furniture store and you sense the salesman is trying to size up your knowledge so he can determine how he's gonna screw you over, use those words so that he'll think you know what your talking about.

HGTV channel is also a great way to break the ice with people you don't know, especially females in the age group of 26-45. I don't care what her race, age, social economic bacground is, just mention your favorite show off of HGTV and watch the conversation runneth.
